1.MYAEA.org Registration : Upon entering myaea.org
for the first time we ask for personal information to process
your registration, and we may use use it to verify that you
are an AEA member. If you wish to access or revise your
registration information, you can do so online by clicking on
the provided email link.If you have any problems accessing or
revising your registration information or if you want to
delete it, you may contact us at sherees@alaedu.org
2. Conference Registration: In order to register
conference participants properly it is necessary for the AEA
to access specific information that allows us to identify you.
When possible the information will be replicated from you
online registration form. However, that may not always be
possible and registration may be required. If you wish to
access or revise your registration information, you can do so
online by clicking on the provided email link.If you have any
problems accessing or revising your registration information
or if you want to delete it, you may contact us at sherees@alaedu.org
3. E-mail Address: If you choose to register at
myaea.org, we will ask for your e-mail address and other
personal information. We use this information to administer
the e-mail lists and to track user interests. We will also use
it to verify that you are an AEA member. If you choose to
subscribe to a legislative e-mail list, we may use your zip
code to send you individualized updates on your Members of
Congress, or your Alabama State Legislator. We do not sell,
lease, or rent these lists to any other organizations. If
you wish to revoke your subscription to myaea.org or request
not to receive any e-mail, please contact sherees@alaedu.org.
4. Feedback and other Contact Forms: While we do not
ordinarily share personal information that you provide to us
on feedback and other contact forms with third parties,
depending on the reason(s) for your contact, it may be
necessary to share personal information with third parties to
comply with your request.
5. Discussion Forums: If you choose to participate
in a discussion forum, your comments and any personal
information that you disclose will be available to anyone who
can access the forum. By "discussion board," we mean any
medium that is designed to facilitate communication among
users.
6. Miscellaneous: You may choose to participate in
other activities at our sites that may require you to disclose

questionnaires, surveys, contests, etc. Because of the nature
of these activities, we may though not ordinarily share
